Please come to the info point in our area in UG1 (near McDonalds). You will get a detailed briefing as well as a yellow or orange vest.

What do we do once a train arrives:

<aside> πŸš‚ A group of Ukrainian and Russian speakers will go up the announced platform and spread evenly along with the platform.

  1. Please make sure there’s no crowding.
  2. You welcome people who are getting off the train, help with luggage/ trolleys and assist elderly people and children.
  3. Please do not start long conversations on the platforms, but guide those who are arriving down to our area in UG1. </aside>
